The customer service was extremely disappointing, and the employees were quite rude. They seemed as though they didn't want to be there and consistently had a bad attitude. I would rate it 0/10 and cannot recommend it. View all feedback.
The best Sub sandwich I've ever had! The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Where do I start? the sandwiches were half af. employees were a teenager who would rather listen to what was on their airpod than what was ordered. my own and another customer had to repeat again and again. flattering portion sizes. if I pay for a length, I shouldn't get 6 in portions. the regale were naked, the floors were a chaos, the fountain drink machine and the bottle soda machine were disgusting. both drinks I bought were flat and without taste. I had to reheat my sub when I came home, and I only live a few blocks away. I can't believe I spent $25 on this experience.
We ordered through the online app for contact-free takeout, which is really convenient. This was our second time using the app at this location, but I wouldn't recommend it here because our takeout order wasn't completed accurately. While the staff is friendly, we will choose to use the online app at a different location where accuracy is a priority.
The food is good, but every time I come in there around one-ish and the same person is always there and they are always very rude and acts like they hates her job, maybe consider getting new employees that will treat the customers right. I work in foods and services and I know that their attitude should not be put up for . Also was not acting very professional
Poorly run, very small. The only reason to come to this location is because it's close to Tiger Stadium and parks.
