First trip back since Pandemic, we ate inside. We have our usual, pan dbl pep, dbl cheese and bread sticks. Bread sticks and pizzas were hot and fresh, but I think they only did regular pepperoni. If it were double, I wouldn't want to see it regularly. Very delicious. It was very clean inside and server checked on us quite often at a distance. Beautiful time, and fresh beats delivery at any time. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I live less than two miles away, and I received a notification stating that my order was left at 5:50, but it didn’t arrive until 6:20. This is unacceptable! I know I had a cash tip ready for you, but since you seemed to be in a hurry, I was eager to give you a tip as well. I believe the $5 delivery fee should have been enough. View all feedback.
The last time I ordered from this restaurant, it took a staggering 2 hours for my food to arrive. When it finally did, the cheese sticks were burnt and completely hard from sitting out for so long, and the Pfannenpizza was half-cooked and just as hard. After waiting for what felt like an eternity without any updates, I decided to call. The staff member I spoke with was polite and informed me that my food had been ready, but my delivery was next in line. Had I known it would take so long—definitely at least another hour—I would have canceled my order. I tried a piece of the food, but it was terrible, and the rest went straight into the garbage. This place has become disappointingly inconsistent. They even send out follow-up emails claiming they want to discuss any issues with the order after you complain. The customer service is truly lacking.

I have lived on three continents and in four different countries, and I've never experienced such poor treatment. The employee couldn’t take my order correctly, even after five attempts. She followed me to the phone because she claimed she couldn’t hear me. I was understandably upset when I went to pick up my order, and after voicing my frustrations, I was reminded that I shouldn't speak harshly to someone so young. I ended up telling them to throw the pizza away, as I did not want to buy it and will never eat there again. Young people shouldn’t be taking orders if they’re not properly trained.
Seriously, you have to hire more people. I waited 65 minutes for my meal. I saw at least 3 people back in this time. the pizza was good and the workers they had were very nice. pity that they owners left their dieriers and find some workers. I know prices are rising, but they still need customers to pay for these bills.
On May 28th my girlfriend and I ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas and bread sticks for us and two friends that were visiting. When we received the order, the crust was super thin and flimsy and the cheese was extremely chewy. My girlfriend bit into a piece of pizza and found a small clear rubber band like those used for braces. We ended up not eating all the pizza and made something else for us and our guests. We contacted customer service via email and all we got back was a generic sorry, you 're out of luck email saying they would try harder not to make a bad pizza next time. The rubber band in the pizza apparently was just part and parcel of the ordering pizza hut experience. I 'll be damned if I 'm going to pay over $50 for 2 pizzas that have foreign objects in them. Update: I called customer service on June 2nd and was told the complaint would be escalated to upper management. As of June 6th I still haven 't heard back from them. The pizza is still sitting in our fridge. Update: I called customer service again on June 13th because we still haven 't received a refund. We we 're told again to wait one to three business days for an email and that our complaint would be forwarded to upper management. Update: I called again on June 17th and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor said they couldn 't do anything without an order number. I had to log on to the website and get the order number for them, then call them back and give it to them. I 'm not sure what good a customer satisfaction hotline is if they can 't look up order numbers on their end. They have information like my email, my girlfriend 's name, our address and phone number, and records of our complaint, but they don 't have a confirmation order number? The pizza is still sitting in our fridge waiting to hear what we are supposed to do with it. Update: Today is June 24th. I still haven 't received a response or a refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I also took pictures of the pizza and threw it away to prove that we didn 't eat it because it was so bad. Pizza hut 's customer satisfaction is a complete waste of time. Don 't bother ordering anything from them. If something goes wrong they have absolutely no intention of making anything right.
