I was told my pizza would be ready in 45 minutes, but after waiting an hour and 25 minutes, they asked for the name under which I placed the order. I told them, and then they informed me they had no record for that name, despite the same person having taken my order just an hour earlier. No one seemed to care about the situation, and there were many frustrated people in the waiting area. View all feedback.
Location has gone downhill since pandemic. Even if you order online and wait past their ETA, they still will not be ready. Hot Ready is a thing of the past too. If in a hurry, don’t go here.
By far the most sloppy undercooked nastiest pizza I've ever had. had 2 bites and threw the rest in the garbage. I actually feel bad for the dumpster. must be an Ohio thing. I've had little Ceasars in the hood that was better than this.
I wish you could give 0 stars. This is not only the worst ran business in Pickerington, it is the worst Little Ceasars I have been to across the country. I went in yesterday to just get crazy bread and sauce. Not only was the place dirty, they had no food ready-made. Some guy possibly a manager Hispanic looking, dirty and his pants were unzipped, took my order said it would be 3 to 5 minutes then left. After 20 minutes I asked where is my order? They couldn't find my order, said it would be another 5 minutes. After almost 30 minutes I finally got my crazy bread and half full thing of sauce. I get home and it's not even a full order of bread, there was only 6 pieces, Normally 8 or 10. Everything I have been here it's like this. I'm now done with this place. I am also considering reporting them to the health dept.
No matter how early they put their order in them they will wait an additional 45 minutes when they arrive to pick it up.
Order a pizza online picked it up and that's what I can get home. - Of course. so they can't eat it. spoke to the manger didn't care. never again.
