The food tasted just fine but the internal junk going on is going to cost them. We arrived at the drive thru to pickup a mobile order through the app. We got a... read more The food tasted just fine but the internal junk going on is going to cost them. We arrived at the drive thru to pickup a mobile order through the app. We got a $20 fill up box which includes nuggets. We got to the window and we 're told they don 't have nuggets. I asked what can they sub it for since we already paid for it. She said, oh it 's for you?! . Yes? She shuts the door, puts her hands on her head and tells everybody what she just realized: she lied about not having the food in order to not make it because she thought it was just a door dash or Uber order that they don 't have to do. She tells us to pull forward and we wait for over ten minutes unaware of what their resolution will be. Finally they bring out....the nuggets. The employee that brought it (someone we didn 't see before) was clueless to the no nuggets incident and so we went on our way. I 've never understood people that go to work and think they can avoid doing their job. Good luck to ya.
