Incredible espresso! Worth the and then some. As someone that’s tried a bunch of fancy roasters in the city and all over the gta. I can safely say, TC never disappoints. The aroma alone is amazing. Love it when I go by to get a bag, get it home, crack it open and the beans are glistening with oil! My only suggest is to add more dark roasts, please!! So, I can get great freshly roasted coffee and support a local business? Don 't forget to sign up for their frequent flyer program.
Stumbled onto this spot while looking for a cafe in Ajax area. Was rewarded with a amazing cold brew on tap and excellent Iced coffee along with a great education in the roasting process by Michelle.
Great place to visit. Very knowledgeable and always willing to show off their roasting facilities. Best tasting coffee in Durham.
