Came for dine in dinner for the first time in ages, after ordering delivery regularly and it exceeded my expectations! The service was the friendliest service I’ve had in I don’t even know how long. The food was even better hit and fresh in store (not saying delivery isn’t delicious or a great option). My partner and I got sangria (honestly amazing sangria) and the two can dine deluxe deal and we were raving about it the entire meal. Our server Sue S was so friendly and our food came out very fast! Would 100% recommend and will be returning to this location. Very nostalgic!
I've been to a few other Swiss Chalet locations and have to say they are the quickest at getting you your food. Great job guys!
This restaurant was disgustingly dirty! I completely lost my appetite. I arrived right when they opened and was served my food and coffee on dirty dishes. By 11:30 am, the floor was covered in old food and garbage. The waitress's drink tray was wet and stained from spilled drinks.
I haven't eaten at Swiss Chalet in over 4 years, since before my grandfather passed away. However, the food was delicious and our server, Maria, was very friendly. She made sure to bring us everything we asked for, including a salad and rotisserie chicken. She even kindly packed up my leftovers so I could take them home for later, as I had a hockey game to attend. I will definitely be returning in the future!
The noticeable cost-cutting measures are of concern in this restaurant. There was only one server for the entire dining area, and although she was kind and working hard, it was clear that there was a shortage of staff. If the owner believes that customers won't notice these attempts to save money, they are mistaken. It's important to improve the service before it affects the business negatively. Despite being a fan of Swiss chalet, I will not be returning to this establishment.
