Mcdonald's Restaurants - Pickering

Met a friend for lunch but it was very busy with high school students which made it noisy.I would suggest a later lunch maybe 1.00pm or 2.00pm It was so much quieter when the kids had left. The food was OK we had coupons, which they gave us back after we used them, so that we can use them again, it made a very cheap meal. The staff were very nice.

Extremely chaotic- waited almost 20 minutes for my order - asked for no cheese on any burger (3) - THEY ALL CAME WITH CHEESE.Many staff do not speak English- gave back incorrect change ( too much)- dirty floors - lots of teens hanging in booths with no food in front of them - many seniors waiting to be seated.Will go out of my way to find another Mc Donalds!

I realize it's McDonalds, but if this location is an pilot location for trying out new themes, head office may want to to toss this one in the recycle bin.Weird decor with a lot of odd seating, the restaurant was cold in a lot of spots because the doors weren't closing properly, and the combination of elevator/classical music was unbearable.

Food standard fast food. Service just ok. Mc Cafe so atmosphere is better. Lunch time is busy with high schools nearby.

We do not eat at McDonalds very often, and after this visit we knew why. Although it was 2:15pm, the line-up was long and it took almost 15 minutes to get our meals. We order nothing special and for the 5 of us...(including 2 children)...it cost us $55 and change. We could not find seating together even at this time of day. There seem to be a lack of tables but much space to stand around...perhaps for the long line-ups! The washroom was very dirty and it was a poor decision to eat at this location>
