I Love Roti - Pickering

Expired food, Bad customer service, Unclean environment. I mean the woman in the front doesn't know how to treat their customers. Plus the food here stinks so bad!

This family owned business is a solid eating social spot in the community. They have been consistent in their excellent service and showing customers that they care about the food they serve and the people who continuously return. I love going here

Friendly staff and the roti, potato balls, and pholourie are tasty. A good meal for the price. I prefer the beef roti and my wife likes the chicken roti - both are good.

I visited this restaurant as I'm very familiar with roti and carribean food , I eat this stuff over fast food because of many reasons , so I stopped by I love roti and ordered large goat and rice and beans, got my food pretty quick which was awesome but here's when everything went down hill, the chunks of goat that I was use to when dining at carribean restaurants was no where to be found , I got tiny fatty pieces, the rice was a mush like texture as I could tell it was overcooked. They offer $1.00 off dinner specials but I think they should keep it and invest it in food quality. I tried to be polite and bring up my issues but the owner didn't want to hear it, there not licensed to sell alcohol but I could smell vodka on her breath so I assumed she was drinking while making my food. Disgusted at this point I decided to leave. 0/10 rating , very poor quality food, horrible customer service.

We haven't ordered from here in quite some time. It did not disappoint today.We ordered takeout which was very quick and hot. We have had a hard time finding a good roti in Whitby so this place is surely worth the drive.We ordered beef and goat roti with a big side of channa. The meat was so tender and flavourful. The hot sauce was crazy hot like it should be. Definitely a place to check out if your want some delicious Roti.
