Cecil was the name when I was eating there. Local house cook meat and three! Great salad bar for the price. I ordered Hamburger Steak from the short order menu and it was excellent. Friendly with great prices. Diamond in the rough! (Free Wi-Fi) Nice to find when your hours from home. View all feedback.
