Mcdonald's - Pickens

I thought the staff was working hard. They're young in a fast pace business. The manager/team leader was from example and above on the rush..great job!

I really like the new building.... wish Pickens would look ole contemporary.

Really bad I have lived in 5 different states the worst of any .orders wrong, cold to many things to list

Started by waiting over 20 minutes for an egg mcmuffin! They offered a free meal for the next time for the waiting period. I took two bites and there were bowls in the egg. I couldn't eat it. I dug for my chicken sandwich and it was wrong. We lacked an entire combo with the exception of the drink and 2 big pommes and my food was wrong.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a kids meal. Never got a receipt at the beginning when I ordered and watched several people who came in afterwards get their food before us . Also when I finally got my food the fries were all cold. 10 out of 10 would not recommend . Drive to the Easley one if you want it that bad! If I could give 0 stars I would. Service: Dine in
