When I ordered mozzarella sticks, the employee literally asked how many after already interrupting to ask that same question. By the time we reached the window, he somehow “didn’t hear” my response, despite having just mentioned that he had dropped the mozzarella sticks. I didn’t receive a receipt, so I might have ended up paying for two orders while only getting one. We also didn’t get any straws for our drinks, and my husband was so irritated that he didn’t even eat. Honestly, I recommend just going across the street to McDonald’s for better service and food.
Great customer service and food was hot and delicious. Placed online order and ready right away and accurate.
I had high hopes for this place, but my experience was frustrating. I've ordered the French dip sandwich twice, and both times I specifically asked for the Au Jus to be included. Each time, they assured me it was in the bag, but it wasn't there! On my most recent visit, the entire sandwich was cold, the bread was falling apart, and the sauce was cold too. The staff seemed disinterested and possibly too busy smoking outside to pay attention to orders. I was really disappointed, but at least my dogs enjoyed the leftovers! This will be my last visit; they definitely need to improve their service.
