I was very pleased with the timely manner my food came out on as well as the taste and freshness. However, I was very upset to learn that my very large order was unable to be applied as reward points on my Wendy's application, because I (the customer) did not let the first widow attendant know I needed my in app QR code scanned before she took my money and tendered my change! Slow. Dnt understand why they got the double drive thru. And please teach your managers they work customer service so maybe work on people skills mainly EDWINA. Such a bad vibe to me everytime I go in this restaurant. And I have to mention the crew member DANIELLE (or however u spell her name) as well always very loud talking about personal things while on the line.
