I think it would normally be 4 stars. But it’s the best horse I’ve ever had. Horse (cavala) is really difficult to master and their stew brings out all of the unique flavors that those equine beauties have to offer. We had dinner here at the recommendation of the concierge because we wanted seafood, but it was a bit of a disappointment. I think we started off on the wrong foot when the waiter rushed us to order. The best part of the meal was the wine, which was a nicer Vermentino. We ordered the potato appetizer, which came with a really good mushroom sauce. We had a very nice dinner at a table next to the river. A beautiful experience made even more memorable by the constant, friendly and never intrusive kindness of the waiter. A true Lord. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
