We went to the candlelight dinner last night. The atmosphere was just right, the place was very nice and well furnished, the waiters were very courteous. The food good. The croutons with the sauces were very good, the dessert was good... on the risotto I would recommend a little less cheese because they were good, cooked just right... but despite being full of ingredients what you could taste above all was the cheese and it 's a shame because 'The choice was interesting. Let me start by saying that I love cheese, however if you add different ingredients such as fennel and prawns, or bacon or something else, it would be good to taste the other ingredients too and not just the cheese. Having said that, overall a nice place to spend a pleasant evening. Cute and if you only get a risotto also cheap. I do not recommend the trio of risottos and ip menus because you spend double and eat too much. Much better to order a risotto each and exchange dishes. From the moment I crossed the threshold of this charming restaurant, I felt as if I had stepped aboard a luxury vintage train. The warm and attentive welcome of the staff added a touch of class to an already evocative environment, reminiscent of the romantic railway stations of the past. My culinary adventure began with crispy bruschettas with 6 sauces , a perfect prelude that prepared the palate for the subsequent delights. The trio of risottos was a true masterpiece: each taste was a ticket to a different destination, with flavors that intertwined harmoniously like tracks joining on the horizon. The risotto with pecorino with bacon deserved an applause in itself: a perfect balance between the flavor of the cheese and the sweetness of the bacon, a dish that reached unexpected gastronomic heights. However, I must admit that the experience encountered a small obstacle: a coffee that was both hot and disappointing, which left a bitter aftertaste not only in the mouth, but also in the memory of an otherwise flawless evening.
