What Tobias Hoke doesn't like about Italia:
The hotel is quite basic. It’s ok if you only want to spend the night there. The interior is a bit old fashioned and already a bit used. Also the breakfast is nothing fancy but basic 3 star breakfast. We stayed one night for work reasons... for reasons not related to us or the hotel we had to ask for a room change, noticing a problem when we went up to take a shower before dinner... they were very helpful, they listened our reasons and found a solution that met our needs... these things are no longer a given and we really appreciated both the availability and kindness of the guys at reception.
