The food was enjoyable, but I realized later that I was shorted $20. I ordered a hotdog with cheese and onions along with a small bottle of Coke Zero, and I paid with a $50 bill. I received $22 in change. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of quickly putting the handful of change into my pocket to avoid spilling my food. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch

The quality of the service and food appears to have declined a bit. How difficult can it be to hand over a packet of tea after you’ve paid for it? Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 3.
