I'm just saying €3 coffee in Piacenza, as if we were in Piazza San Marco! No comment I will never go back there again! P.s I am changing the review because there is no possibility to respond to the owner's comment, no glass of water and no biscuits! Luckily we were at the table on the 4th and we were all witnesses! The place is very particular, but this does not mean that it is justifiable to charge a compulsory drink of 7 euros minimum regardless of what you take (even 1 coffee or 1 drink), you see the place is nice, then you don't go back for For me, it doesn't offer anything special.
