Bar/pastry shop very close to the famous Piazza Cavalli. Several tables in the outdoor area. Acceptable service (unattentive waiters) and rather grumpy at the checkout (perhaps the owner). Very beautiful, characteristic and well furnished upper internal room. Toilets not suitable and not accessible for wheelchairs. Coffee served in beautiful cups and with a welcome biscuit. I go in to get a bottle of water and not having cash I ask to pay by card. The person at the register (I think the owner) rolls his eyes, as if I were stealing from him at the register. Such behavior is not acceptable from anyone, least of all from a person who works in catering. Absolutely terrible. P.s. You accept card payments so well that the mix-up was due to your desire not to accept my payment. I remind you that paying by card is equivalent to paying by cash and I am not required by law to have cash with me. If he has problems with the banks and/or their commissions, it is not the customer's fault. Have a good life, I definitely won't be back.
