Vacania Burger - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Vacania Burger:
I was surprised to ask for water for the 1:30 wait that we had and he gave me hot filtered water with ice. They don't have bottled water, maybe it's silly but it's hard for them and they have a very bad image of wanting to do business even with water.
