I placed a call and collect order (number 436) for a full chicken that was supposed to be cut into eight pieces. I arrived 30 minutes later and waited an additional 40 minutes to receive my order, which was not cut into eight pieces, wasn't fully grilled to their usual standards, and didn't include the lemon and herb sauce that I had requested. It was half cooked and just an absolute disaster. I feel like I wasted both my fuel and my money. Service: Takeout.

The food was fantastic, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The Steers Bacon Cheese Chicken Burger was particularly delicious and highly recommended. The service matched the quality of the food, also receiving a perfect 5. The overall atmosphere was great, making this meal a wonderful treat. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
