Got to McDonalds in Qwa-qwa and their kiosk machines were not working and I couldn't scan the offer voucher from the app, however, I met Lorecia who was of great assistance and compensated me with a McFizz and I couldn't be more happier. I am happy that I received such an amazing service and they were nice and helped me throughout the frustrating process. View all feedback. I went yesterday and the service was slow and I went today and it was a take away and they didn't even bother to call me to collect and I asked for an extra lead and they told me I can't get it, Where's other Macdonalds when you taking food or drinks for take away you get an extra lead, The customer service is very poor. I am not happy as a biggest customer of McDonald's View all feedback.
