Rindfleisch nudelladen, with michelin price. it was a little after 1 hour there, some items already sold out. had the bark meatball kway tiao suppe bee hup suppe. simple looking, but great tasting. texture of the bark balls was fantastic, che bouncy not hard. a regular customer of the stand told us that it authentic Hakka kitchens, handmade bark balls.
Amazing place for a barke suppe. tastes incredibly good and super affordable. I suggest that they all ingredients from the table, at least a bit, it changes taste for better.
Very clean bowl with bark noodles. clear broth must add chili herde, fish sauce, sugar to taste. the chili sauce is delicious. I wish there was a choice to make it even more interesting. foc: ice water
An excellent choice of breakfast if you're in Phuket Old Town. We loved the slippery smooth large Kuey Teow noodles with it's light but flavorful beef broth. The beef chunks were chewy but soft...1 bowl is simply not enough! We had to go for another serving. Reasonably priced at 60THB per bowl.
