They’ve got a wide variety of Greek yoghurt and other healthy food with the calories and nutrition information listed on the menu. I went there several times while I was at Phuketfit. The banana pancakes were delicious (I had low expectations as they were “healthy” pancakes) and filling as they come in a stack of 5. I like that they use honey grown on local farms for the pancakes. The Greek yoghurt with honey and walnuts was great too. We tried the desserts found towards the back of the menu, but those were primarily made using healthy substitute ingredients which we felt fell far short of the real deal.

Have made my way around most of the menu and this place never disappoints. The food is fabulous, especially the Greek yoghurt, protein pancakes, wraps, and the endamame salad. The menu is all macro counted which helps if you're doing the health thing! The staff are also absolutely lovely. I highly recommend this place

Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and coconut blossom syrup 80b – my first exposure to coconut blossom syrup, very good! I don't usually like a Greek yogurt, but that was a delicious combination. The best food on soi tai eiid. Clean organic delicious and home made goodness. Rememeber the Greek eggs for breakfast, the gluten free bread is fantastic!
