Upon arrival, We were awarded by Chef Hong and their support team for our private cooking class in an open air with a view of the lagoon at Anantara Layan Resort. We learn authentic techniques in Thai cuisine. We were pleasantly surprised with dishes we cooked... not only did it look good, but tasted amazing. A great way to learn and eat Thai food. We had so much fun cooking with Chef Hong and her team. It's a must if you're in Phuket.

I was satisfied every time. To begin with the service was great. The chef and staff came to check on us a few times. We tried a few curries, meat and vegetarian options. Overall if you’re staying at the hotel I strongly recommend you try the restaurant if you’re in the market for Thai cuisine.
