The shrimp is large and unusual, the presentation is interesting, and it’s well-cooked, but it’s almost tasteless. The chili and garlic sauce overpowers everything. The fried rice is better in cheap cafés, and the asparagus with shrimp claws is just as bland. There was no vibrant flavor or anything memorable about the food. The staff is good, polite, and speaks English, and the view is beautiful.
