Food was truly remarkable. Fabulous, unique, creative combinations, impeccably done. Service, timing, and ambiance were not quite up to par, but it was valentine's weekend, so hectic and forgivable. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Louettes:
Valentine's Day dinner was a beautiful collection of four course offerings which were unique and tasteful. Service was challenging and the environment could have been warmer on such a cold day. It was $100/person for dinner which seemed somewhat extravagant for the amount of food that was offered during the courses and the service which was friendly but hodge podge. View all feedback.

Restaurant MOST UNDERRATED in Phoenixville! Go, go and eat. Everything was amazing!
Our first time at Louettes; four of us in our party. Our waitress was excellent. She was helpful, lively, and fun to converse with. The ambiance of the restaurant was also a highlight. We unfortunately did not feel that most of the food hit the standard that we expected. The steak entree was very good, and so was the millet soup/stew. Portions were very small, in general. We were given fair warning that the plates would be small, but they really were too small to share. Entrees, however, were a decent size. A few of the tapas plates we had were over-salted. The chocolate mousse dessert that we thought sounded so good, honestly ended up tasting like plain greek yogurt. Red velvet dessert, on the other hand, was tasty. I unfortunately would not recommend to a friend because I think that, to have a restaurant on the same street as Majolica once was, and to have a similar BYO, small plate with seasonal, rotating dishes and local ingredients, Louette's should measure up to the other restaurant in your arena, and I dont think it does. I dont like giving reviews like this because I know that it is extremely hard work owning and operating a restaurant, but I just wanted to be honest about our experience.
