Steve, the chef and owner, called me back and was very accommodating and helpful. When we arrived we were seated quickly. Our waiter (sorry Mr. Waiter, I can't remember your name) was very attentive, helpful with the menu and the service of our wine. We ordered several small plates and enjoyed every bite. Overall service, food quality and atmosphere were top notch. We will definitely return!

It's a great way... read more This is the perfect place to go with your Foodie friends or date. The menu isn't too long, but offers a wide variety of creative combinations. It's a great way to taste several dishes and share. I like that the rotating menu is seasonal and supports localfarmers. The server recommended 4 plates per person, but I felt like 3 plates was sufficient. Everything we ate was better thanthe average bite of food, but the two stand outs for me were the cauliflower steak and the scallops with bacon jam.

Highly recommend if you like small plates with great flavors. We will be back verysoon.

While Phoenixv... read more Beautiful creative plates, attentive and informed waitstaff, great space an outstanding fine dining restaurant with a relaxed, casual atmosphere. While Phoenixville has plenty of good beer and pub food, what it needs are a few more genuinelyelevated dining rooms and Louette's fills that need brilliantly. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the Philadelphia metroarea and that's saying something.
