Hong Kong Chef Vii - Phoenixville

This was my first time trying food from a recommendation. I was taken aback by the smaller portion size given the price. They charged extra for brown rice, which I'm not a fan of. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is delightful, particularly the eggplant and the roast duck. The hot and sour soup was also very tasty. However, there is room for improvement in terms of presentation.

This restaurant is a total scam! I had ordered from here before without any issues, but this time I placed an order online and entered my credit card details. After waiting 40 minutes, the delivery driver arrived and demanded cash payment. I showed him my receipt, but because his ticket indicated cash payment, he refused to give me my food. I checked my bank account and saw that I had been charged, so I called the restaurant. They wanted to recharge my card, but I refused. What a disappointment!

Here is broth and butter excluded or delivered, no one eats in. we take out in the rule, but make sure that they ask for additional lucky cookies how they never contain enough.
