The woman who took my order at the drive-thru window was patient and kind. The man at the window was friendly and kind as well. I couldn't help but wonder if his quiet demeanor was misunderstood. They got our order correct and provided us with plenty of napkins. I ordered the beyond sausage with just the English muffin, and they kindly gave me an extra patty since I didn't include egg or cheese. View all feedback.

I wish I had read the reviews before stopping at this restaurant. I hope you do so you don't receive the same poor service I did. I arrived around 2:15 and ordered a cup of coffee. After sitting down and opening my laptop, someone came out 10 minutes later to inform me that they close at 2:30. Due to the kids, they now close at 4:30. Horrible service. One very rude Employee who wasted my time in the drive through and I left without even getting the order I had already paid for.
I recently ordered some donuts and coffee online. When I went to pick it up the gentleman behind the counter. I think it was the manager was beyond rude after I asked him if my items were in the bag. No. I work for DoorDash and got into an argument about an order they made wrong for one of my customers. The customer ordered the Snackin' bacon. The item they put in the bag is not the snackin' bacon. It was a sandwich. I pointed out to them this order was wrong and the employee got irate with me. I even showed them what the order said and pointed it out on their menu. They told me to leave. If I could avoid picking up from there for a while that would be super. They really need to retrain people or hire people who actually care. This guy clearly does not.
Our first time back since they remodeled and reopened. It's a great location at intersection next to hospital. Service is quick and friendly.
Went through the drive through. The order was wrong. How do you mess up two coffees. Drove away and no cream no sugar. It was black and there was a tag on the sides of the coffee saying cream and sugar.
