Burger King - Phoenixville

This is the Best BK I have been in in a long time. The staff was excellent. They were having a fun and good time with each other that did not take anything away from their level of customer service, in fact I think it made them better. I can not say enough about the staff at this store. The Whopper I got was the Best one I have had in 20 or more years, reminded me of Whoppers from 40 years ago when I first started eating them. The store was very Clean and all the customers in the store seemed to be enjoying a pleasant meal. I highly recommend this store.

The food is so bad anymore no one takes pride in doing anything they do when did they start charging for cheese on the burger? Thought when you ask for a cheeseburger it comes with cheese??

This place is always slow, but today they were horrible. They've got like 4 people standing around doing absolutely nothing and it took 30 minutes to get our order (wrong); it was missing two of the 5 items. Ordered at 1:40, got our order at 2:12, and got what was missing at 2:20. Either everyone on day shift needs to be let go or they need to step up their game.Edit: Customer service gave me a $10 coupon, which I will definitely not be using at this location. Go somewhere else, whether it's a different location or different restaurant.

We visited the store tonight a lil before 11. The young man that worked the window was so delightful. I work customer service so I get it, when you come close to closing its Russian roulette with the food and service you receive. This young guy was excellent he was a younger guy with glasses and braids/twist in his hair. The roll was a lil hard but that’s understandable a hour before closing. But the fries and the nuggets was hot.
