The young man with the long hair is very well mannered was very patient with my order. He brought my whole family's food out before we could even choose a seat. Now that's what I call great customer service. Because of his generosity and his knowledge in your menu he helped us choose a meal(mind you this is our first time eating at spottys) and we all enjoyed what we had ordered. 10/10 coming back into spottys View all feedback.

All right. We had heard that chickens and waffles were delicious. It wasn't disappointed!
My place for roasted chicken. Been here a number of times and her fried chicken is always crispy and never greasy or soggy. Always cooked properly. Your wings are also really good. I only recommend calling forward as it seems that they tend to make their chicken more common in smaller batches, so if you have a larger order, you could wait a while until it is cooked. Even so it's worth waiting.
Really good chicken and waffles here. There is a wide selection of meals and dips, so there is something for everyone. It can be confusing when ordering because the menu above the counter does not match the available paper menus. I think a part of the menu is provided by a franchise of another name that can be confusing. In the end, I just told them what I wanted without problems. Great food anyway!
This place is a hidden gem within Phoenixville. Delicious, made to order soul food that satisfies the craving for wholesome nutrition. I’ve gotten many perfect orders from them and the only time they messed one up it was acknowledged and they made it right on the spot. Dan was incredibly helpful and is an honest, hardworking business owner. Great food, better people.
