Bob Evans - Phoenixville

Great food for a fair price. Waitress was great as well as the rest of the staff!

Bob Evans is a good go to if you want a nice lunch out. The food is ok, nothing spectacular, but it is never bad you can bank on getting something you like on the menu. Plus breakfast all day is a plus. Love their biscuits! And the honey butter chicken is pretty good!

We experienced several issues with the restaurant's website today. Firstly, it crashed while we were placing our order. Secondly, we were unable to find basic menu items, such as a side of bacon, which led us to close and reopen the site multiple times. Unfortunately, on our third attempt, we mistakenly selected pickup instead of delivery. After realizing this mistake through a phone call, we were disappointed to find our $75 order sitting cold when we arrived at the restaurant. The manager's lack of apology was disheartening, as we were not offered any reheating of the food or reimbursement for the tip given to the delivery driver. This situation was particularly unfortunate as our office orders from this restaurant regularly, and this experience has left us with a negative impression. Despite having an account with Bob Evans and our contact information on file, we received no email communication regarding our order. Additionally, we were surprised that no one reached out to us after our order had been sitting for 30 minutes. This breakfast was meant to celebrate our Executive Manager's 50th birthday, but the experience of receiving microwaved food was far from celebratory. We left feeling very disappointed with our visit.

Handed me two frozen pie slice and told me to stick it in the oven for 10 minutes. I told her I was visiting from another state and didn't have access to an oven, then she proceeded to ask me what hotel I was staying at. I asked for a refund and she tried to offer me a reese pie instead. Acted as if she didn't want to give me a refund, which was strange. I eventually got my money back, but the experience wasn't great.

I had Leah as my server and Christine as the host during my visit to this restaurant. It was one of the most pleasant dining experiences I have ever had. Both of them were outstanding, providing fast and efficient service. I highly recommend stopping by Store 347 to anyone in the Phoenixville area.
