Yogis Grill Teriyaki Roll - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Yogis Grill Teriyaki Roll:
I recently spent $30 on a roll, a salad, and gyoza at this restaurant and I am very disappointed. I ordered a Philadelphia roll but was charged for it and received a California roll instead. Due to being late, I didn't have time to wait for another roll and ended up with a side of hard cheese that tasted rancid and disgusting. The $10 salad was all wilted and brown. My family and I came to this restaurant to have a meal, and my wife loves shrimp. We asked if they could create a shrimp teriyaki dish for her, even though it was not on the menu. The waiter went to speak to the chef, David, who came out and took our order. He said he would personally make the dish in the kitchen.
