Order accuracy is terrible. Todays order almost half the wings were missing, no ranch, no carrots/ celery. Fries were cold. Disappointing.
Tonight, Edwin took my order at the restaurant. He was a fantastic host, very polite, and provided excellent service. I would definitely give him five stars and I would love to come back again in the future.
Online order wasn't ready and had to wait an additional 20min. Chicken sandwiches were tasteless and bland.
Mya and the cook George took care of me. While I was running late to place an order before close and still made a happy customer at the end of the day thank you very much.
I walked in, placed my order, they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I go back to my car and wait. 15 minutes and I go back in asked for my order, they all stare at each other, apparently some homeless guy walked in asked for his order, no name,staff asks if he was my name the guy just says yes and he walked away with my order. I had to go to work so i asked for arefund and they complied.
