What Tommie Kopp doesn't like about William's Coffee Co:
Pastries are good and the employees are nice, but the coffee is outright terrible. As a barista of 4 years it really isn’t hard to educate yourself on how to make good coffee. I’ve visited this place numerous times and the flavored lattes have no flavor other than weak, bitter coffee. Please either educate and retrain your baristas or hire new ones that have experience. Had a really lovely time visiting friends at William’s Coffee. They didn’t have chocolate milk on their menu but they made it special for my daughter. The Chef was out and we didn’t get to try the avocado toast so we had some pastries instead. They were out of straws, someone had stolen them. I’m sure they have more by now.
