I received the incorrect order and had to return to the restaurant to get the right one, which was a 10-mile round trip. Despite this inconvenience, I am giving four stars because they promptly corrected the mistake and provided me with a generous portion of fries and a delicious pancake. What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
The service at this restaurant was disappointing both times I visited. The hamburger I ordered was extremely dry and felt like it was stuck in my throat. It wasn't until after we left that I realized they forgot to give me mayonnaise or any condiments for the burger. I wouldn't go back again. I only stopped there because my son wanted to eat after shopping at Big Lots near Bethany Home Road and Black Canyon Freeway. View all feedback.
The combo meal was excellent - the burger was warm, and the fries were still a little warm too, which was a bonus. I really enjoyed my dinner.
The burger was good, but my fries were cold, hard, and stale. I didn't even bother eating them.
I was disappointed to find that none of the hamburgers or the chicken #10 Whatachickn Sandwich I ordered and paid for had cheese added. The fries were cold, hard, and clearly old. The large order of onion rings was disappointingly small, reminiscent of a child-size container.
Frys were cold, patty melt didnt have any sauce on it. They didnt give any of the sauces I asked for in the bag!
The thing about Whataburger is that you get a lot of food for a good price. The burgers stay the same size which is more than I can say for a lot of the competitors. I love the green chili cheeseburger and the green chili cheddar biscuits for breakfast.Throw in some inventive stuff like the Dr pepper shake and you can't help but like this place
