This place is a hidden gem! It's one of the few locations remaining, and while the dining area could use some updates, the katsu bowls are outstanding! It's rare to find such high-quality katsu that’s moist and full of flavor! I also recommend the California sushi roll! It may not look like much from the outside, but the food inside is fantastic! Everything is freshly made too! Food: 5/5
I've been visiting Tokyo Express since I was a little girl, and it remains my favorite restaurant! The only downside is that they occasionally close early to accommodate the dining room for the cherry blossom festival next door. Be sure to arrive before 8 PM!
