The first time I tried their iced white chocolate americano, it was delicious and the best coffee I had in Arizona. However, the last two times I ordered the same drink, it was not the same. The drinks were bad, with no white chocolate flavor and burnt shots. I even asked for a remake, but it still didn't taste right. I'm not sure if it's a training issue or if the person who made my drink the first time just knew how to do it perfectly. I was looking forward to making this my regular spot, but I can't justify paying $7, plus tip, for a drink that isn't good.

It would have been nice if there were more shaded areas available for sitting or standing while waiting. I may opt to use the drive-thru next time.

I live off cave creek pinnacle peak road. It’s very difficult to get into this location while driving especially with traffic! I made U-turns, wasted 17 extra minutes to drive back…genuinely forgot my wallet right before I was about to get to drive through window. The gal didn’t even ask her manager if it was cool if I came back paid of an I owe you. If I would have been driving a Mercedes or something, I feel like it would have been fine for them. Guess when I find my wallet will have to take my business to Starbucks or Dutch
