We ordered and while watching through the kitchen window, I noticed all of the staff weren't properly wearing masks. I stopped the lady who is pictured, nicely saying that I felt uncomfortable with them not wearing masks while preparing our order. No apology, but she went back and I noticed most of them readjusted their masks to proper placements. But not long after, they were removing, placing under their nose, andtouching their faces. The counter tops had fingerprints all over. It just seemed so uncleanly and wasn't very professional especially during a pandemic. I would've canceled the order, but as stated above, I was trying to give them anopportunity to correct the situation. Also, I did note that the food is handled through containers. Their hands (in gloves) were never directly on the food from what I could see. This is a time of self-responsibility, I believe peopleshould at least have the opportunity to be aware of this business practice.
