We were quickly seated and when asking the hostess how her day was, she was quick to quip that staffing shortage was becoming the norm at the restaurant. Staff, know that most customers are veryaware and appreciate you are there. But hearing staff shortages to customers on 4 occasions in a 1 hour visit is more than ampleto get the message. About service. Dismissive. Again didn?t see ?staff shortage? plenty of time for chatter with coworkers.Hey, share those cupcakes! ???? In the hour we spent 3 other customers rolled in for 2 waitstaff, 1 bartender. Seems likereasonable staffing to me. Hats off to the chef! Excellent meal.

The decor is cool, the ambiance lively and the staff are really personable. The food we had was perfect Texas! Smoked Prime rib, tender, great smokeflavor and cooked perfectly, Mashed potatoes and an extremely delicious, a perfect gravy. Fried Okra cooked just past donemade it really crispy. We also had the catfish which was crispy on the outside and very juicy inside. I will be making manytrips back.
