When I called to report it the one who took my call was extremely rude anddidn't want to listen to a single thing I was trying to say and got extremely upset when I tried to explain what was wrong.

That he would be sure his manager Michael was aware of the order. Michael called us just as Tim said he would. The order wasready on time. We picked it up and checked out with Anna and another nice young man who was working with Anna. This subwaydefinitely works as a team it is well oiled and functional. We will be going back. Thank you for being excellent workers in anno so perfect world.
