Subway - Phoenix
Subway
Description
Visiting this Subway location reveals a stark contrast in customer experiences. While some patrons praise the friendly service from employees like Anthony and Tory, who create welcoming atmospheres and delightful sandwiches, others recount disheartening interactions marked by rudeness and inefficiency. Issues with food quality and cleanliness raise concerns, exacerbated by poor customer service practices. Instances of double charges and unprofessional handling of complaints leave customers feeling undervalued. Despite a few standout staff, the restaurant struggles to maintain consistent service, urging potential patrons to consider alternate locations for a better dining experience.

The food at this restaurant was poorly made. My buffalo chicken sandwich did not have enough buffalo sauce on it; instead, they only added a small amount at the end over the lettuce and vegetables. It seemed like the staff were new and inexperienced, with the manager not providing much help or guidance. There are plenty of other Subway locations in the area, so I would recommend avoiding this one. Overall, I would rate the food as 1 out of 5.
I have to say, the employees at this restaurant, especially Tory James, are top-notch! Tory was incredibly attentive and friendly, especially when helping my daughter make her own sub. It was a fun experience for both of us, and you could tell the subs were made with care and a touch of laughter. The store was clean and welcoming, and we will definitely be returning for more subs in the future. They offer a variety of vegetarian options with lots of fresh veggies, and the restaurant is very kid-friendly.
The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and focused on customer service. Liliana was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The sandwiches were great and the customer service was top-notch! She even offered to assist a colleague when she was busy. A true superstar! Food: 5/5
I usually enjoy this location; the staff is mostly young and respectful. However, during my last visit, it felt like I was watching a scene from Maury or Jerry Springer! Instead of attending to customers, the staff seemed caught up in some baby mama drama. The food quality was, as always, excellent—definitely five stars. However, I was concerned about a poor infant being treated like an afterthought. This behavior is unacceptable for a business setting! Those 'parents' clearly need guidance of their own, and the manager should really address this situation. Not to mention the potential negligence when it comes to food preparation! I would have preferred to dine in, but it was just too stressful for a Subway.
