Their advertisemen... read more ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!we had an offer to buy a sub and get a 6 inch monster sub for free. Even with that deal I think we got super ripped off. Their advertisements showed the monster sub as huge and a lot of meat. Bulging with ingredients. If you look at the picture I took of what I received you will laugh. I went back in and spoke with someone who said they were the shift supervisor and she said that it was built to their specifications. Whatever that means. She did nothing for us. Never again.Also, we got a email to tell about our experience from subway and when we responded and told them the issue we had, they also did nothing other than say oops sorry. Will talk to our staff. That does nothing for the customer.
