Sonic Drive-in - Phoenix

I just visited this sonic. I purchased 2 route 44 drinks and 2 large tots. 3 times I asked for fresh and no salt so after the 3rd request I guess I assumed they gave me what I asked for the 3rd time and to my dismay I get home and they are even more salty then the ones the 1st and 2nd times. I even tipped the server $5 bucks. It's a shame that a patron cannot get what he or she asked for, especially after 3 requests. I will not go back to this sonic again. You lost my business for pure ignorance.

For fast food, this is my family's go-to. Love the Super Sonic Cheese Burger. The Chili Cheese hot dogs are very good as well! But the drinks are what always brings us back! Route 44 Coke Zero with cherry flavor!

Asked specifically for a bacon cheeseburger with no onion no pickel, i received a chese burger no bacon, covered in onions and pickels and mustard the other meal i received was also wrong by being covered in mayo and katchup when asked for no mayo no ketchup just mustard, there was no mustard, all of the requests are on the receipt and this is not the first time ive had this happen but i can promise this is the last time i will ever go here

Everytime I come to this location, they somehow manage to always mess up my order. I never complain but today is just the last straw. I will definitely stay clear of this location. Never have any problems with the one on 19th ave and bell rd.

This location has been perfectly average in the past but today, Tammy took it to the next level. She took my order after introducing herself on the microphone, and she was sweet. Didn't make me feel bad for only ordering one thing. You can pay someone to be polite. You can't pay someone to be sweet Tammy and the others here at this location specifically are taking it to the next level. I might come back just to say hi, and get another diet ocean water just for the fun of it.
