What User doesn't like about Smashburger:
Food was great, but the staff was kinda rude and my order was wrong. I ordered ahead of time using Grubhub. I walked in and the girl behind the counter said she ?just put in my order? and I needed to wait 10 minutes?. Fine ?. I wait and my order is wrong. I showed the girl my receipt and she said that her ticket was different than my my receipt, which took another 15 minutes to correct. By the time I got my food some... View all feedback.

Service is friendly, fast abd very good. The food was excellent. The guy on the grill was attentive and very nice. Clean and accommodating.
You would think that the service is a protected goods, as I stood before the order counter for a few minutes while the customer ignored me. As soon as I was greeted, communication was handled by non-listening, power and arrogance. Disorder. If I had been the franchise owner and there, this person would have been fired on site. The food was good. Clean and imaginable.
Amazing spicy chicken sandwich! More chicken than bread which was nice. It was hot n fresh and I made a mess! ? The only downside was the sparse toppings ... It needed more sauce/pickles!
