Another customer came in behind me, and the cashier appeared to be distracted, swapping ketchup bottles at the tables and moving things around while waiting for... read more Another customer came in behind me, and the cashier appeared to be distracted, swapping ketchup bottles at the tables and moving things around while waiting for food that wasn't even ready for Grubhub orders. Eventually, the couple in front of me gave up and left, and the guy behind me walked out in frustration as well. I waited a few more minutes while she stood at the counter, still waiting for food that hadn’t even been prepared. Then, she pulled out her phone, prompting me to turn around and leave. I ended up heading to Potbelly instead, where I ordered a Steakhouse Beef sandwich and was in and out in five minutes. In the twenty minutes I was there, I saw just one couple get their order taken while five others, including myself, left feeling frustrated. The cashier had long, dark hair styled in braids and seemed intentionally dismissive towards customers, which really hurt the experience. I've been coming to this shop for three years since moving to the neighborhood and have always been satisfied with both the food and the service. I plan to return, but I hope that by the time I do, management has recognized the issues with this young woman’s service and taken action.
