I found one near the airport and decided to... read more I just arrived in Phoenix from Orlando and was looking for a nearby diner as I can't eat before or during my flight. I found one near the airport and decided to try their Machaco breakfast burrito. It was large and unique, with a flaky pastry crust instead of a traditional tortilla. The Machaca meat was delicious and they even gave me a choice of two salsas, one spicy and one even spicier! The food was excellent, they offer carry-out options, and the restaurant has 9 tables inside with a very friendly staff. I noticed they also have BBQ on the menu, so I may have to come back to try that. The only downside was having to go outside to the space next door to use the bathroom, but hopefully that's a sign of an upcoming expansion of the restaurant.

We typically order ahead of time and bring different sandwich options to our clients. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious.I personally love the build your own omelette. It’s so easy to add what you like, and I love the different potato options.I would also highly recommend grabbing some chocolate chips cookies for your afternoon coffee break.Seating is limited inside, but we’ve always been able to grab a table when there’s just a few of us.

If I ever come back to Phoenix, I’m definitely trying out the Grilled Shrimp Burrito on their menu. Definitely a “MUST-EAT”! ???(Sorry there were no photos; me and wife were hungry)
