overall an excellent experience. the personal is friendly and knowledgeable, the ambiente is relaxing and welcoming, and the coffee is from this world. I loved the habanero mocha (hot). it was chocolate and cinnamon-y, without being too sweet and the coffee was still shining. also loved my sister in the set passionfruit caramel latte (also hot) and my brother in the set shakiato View all feedback.

On 1/7/22, as a visitor from Las Vegas, I had high hopes for this restaurant based on the reviews. Upon arriving in Phoenix around noon, I decided to make this my first stop. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful. However, I was disappointed to find that none of the staff members greeted me as I walked in. Although there were other guests seated in the lobby, I was the only one in line. When I approached the cash register, the male Asian barista did not offer any assistance until I asked if I should order there. He simply responded with a “Yes.” I ended up ordering a Casablanca and Avocado toast. I sat on the patio and enjoyed my avocado toast, which had a surprising kick to it. The spicy avocado toast was a new and enjoyable experience for me. The Casablanca, a nitro cold brew with various flavors, mostly tasted like cardamom to me. If I were to return, I would opt for a latte instead next time.
This coffee shop serves incredibly delicious coffee. I believe it is the best coffee in Phoenix and even the entire state of Arizona. They offer a wide range of house flavors as well as traditional ones, all of which are top-notch. If you're in search of authentic, perfectly roasted coffee, this is the place to go. The WiFi is strong, making it a great place to get work done on your laptop. With plenty of open seating available, you can always find a spot to work in.
The coffee options on the menu are extremely unique. It's not like other coffee shops that offer unusual drinks that end up tasting bad. The drinks here are fantastic. When we visited on a Sunday, the line was long but moved quickly. The staff was very friendly, and it was the first time I had the opportunity to order Japanese-style coffee at a coffee shop. I am looking forward to going back soon.
Love the lavender lattes. Delicious baked goods. Comfortable patio. Could use a few more tables tho so people don't stand and stare you down for your table.
It was said that this is the best coffee compound in the larger Phoenix area. Locals recommended Havana nights and explained the complete presentation. At the order we were given TO-GO classes, but never asked if we wanted them TO-GO. Maybe a few things... otherwise there are many outdoor seats.
