She... read more Our server was not very friendly. At the end of the meal, I provided my frequent diner information and told her I had a credit for a. Entree on my account. She came back with our checks and there was no credit on mine. I asked her if she had checked and she said she would check again. Then she came back with a lower bill and I asked if she needed my credit card to rerun it. She said she already had. I assumed she would charge me for the modified amount and gave her more than 20 percent tip for the original bill. I just reviewed my credit card charges and it is showing the original amount with no adjustments. Not sure what happened with the correcting of my bill but it appears it was never fixed. Throughout the meal our server was not nice to us and seemed annoyed to be working. We go here fairly regularly and have never had this this type of experience before. It was very disappointing. Usually our group has a fantastic dining experience and excellent service at this location.

Our server, Nico,... read more We typically visit the location in Kierland and really enjoy it there, but I chose to come to this one since it’s closer to my sister's house. Our server, Nico, was wonderful—sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. While the food quality isn’t as good as the other location, the drinks were excellent, and Nico truly enhanced our experience. Be sure to appreciate him; he works hard, and good employees with a fun personality are hard to come by these days! However, I do hope they can improve the food quality. Thank you, Nico!

Fortunately, we both had a fantastic experience! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was pleasant, and we truly enjoyed our meal and the time spent together. I would definitely return for special occasions. While it might be a bit pricey for me to go a few times a week, my liberal cousin, who is going back to Oregon, mentioned that she’d come here whenever she wants—possibly a couple of times a week, haha! Thanks to the staff at P.F. Chang's for an exceptional dining experience.

It was the best food I have ever had at PF Chang's. It was so good I told the waitress to tell the chef how impressed I was. The head chef even came out to talk to me. This is now going to be the only PF Chang's I go to.

I want to give a special shoutout to our server, Tyrece, who was incredibly attentive and had no issues with our orders at all. He truly deserves a 5-star rating!
