It turns out you need to be buzzed in, but there are no signs indicating that. Panda Express should know better than this. The staff was very unfriendly towards customers, and I won't be coming back.

One girl was working on a very large order but there were 3-4 others walking back and forth beside me.FINALLY waited on and She was polite but Dang it took forever and yes it was 5 minutes and not a minute that seemed like 5.
