Expanded throughout the valley!!! I had the most delicious EOUFS COCOTTE at Zinc Bistro! Be sure to ask for extra bread—you’ll be glad you did! Claudio and his team are culinary masters! We had an amazing experience with their lunch dishes, and you can’t leave without taking at least one (okay, maybe two) loaves of their bread home!
